Delivery fees
Nairobi suburbs: KES 300, delivered in about 2 hours. Nairobi outskirts (Kiambu, Kajiado and Machakos towns): KES 500, delivered in under 5 hours. Other towns: KES 600, delivered the next day.

Delivery questions
When will my order arrive?
Same-day delivery is available in Nairobi and its outskirts. Choose your delivery area, date and time on the product page or in your cart. Other towns are delivered the next day.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Nairobi, including Westlands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Lavington, Karen, Runda, Gigiri, Parklands, South B and C, the CBD, Thika Road and Ngong Road. We also deliver to Nairobi outskirts for KES 500 and to other towns the next day for KES 600.
How do credits work?
After a delivered order of KES 5,000 or more, we add a thank-you credit to your account: KES 300 on your first two orders and KES 500 from your third. It is applied automatically at checkout when you sign in with the same email, is valid for 12 months and has no cash value.
Can I follow my delivery?
Yes. You can follow your rider on WhatsApp, and we send a photo the moment your order is handed over.
How do I pay?
At checkout with M-Pesa, Visa or Mastercard.
Can I send flowers as a surprise?
Yes. Enter the recipient's details at checkout and add a handwritten note. We will not mention who it is from unless you say so.
