Notable delivers hand-tied flowers and gift hampers by hand. This page explains where we deliver, what it costs and what to expect.

Where we deliver and what it costs

• Nairobi suburbs: KES 300. Delivery in about 2 hours of the window you choose.
• Nairobi outskirts (towns in Kiambu, Kajiado and Machakos counties, close to Nairobi): KES 500. Delivery in under 5 hours.
• Other towns in Kenya: KES 600. Delivered the next day.

The delivery fee is shown in your cart as a separate line once you choose your delivery area. If the address you give at checkout is in a different area from the one you chose, we will contact you to adjust the fee before we deliver.

Choosing your date and time

You choose a delivery date and a time window on the product page or in your cart. Same-day delivery is offered in Nairobi and its outskirts while same-day windows are still available. Other towns are delivered from the next day. Windows that can no longer be met are shown as unavailable.

Delivery address and the recipient

• Please give a complete address, a phone number for the recipient and any gate, building or landmark details.
• We attempt to reach the recipient by phone. If nobody can receive the order, we will contact you and agree a new time or a safe place.
• If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, an unreachable recipient or a refused delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply. Flowers are perishable and cannot be held for long.

Delivery confirmation

When your order is delivered we may send a photo or message confirming it. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather and events outside our control; we will tell you as early as we can if something changes.

Seasonal periods

Around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and other busy dates, some times or areas may be limited. We will say so on the site at the time.
