By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Notable ("we", "us") sells hand-tied flowers and gift hampers for delivery in Kenya.

Orders

  • An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item or delivery slot is not available, and will refund you in full if so.
  • Please check your delivery area, date, time, address and recipient details before ordering.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Kenyan shillings (KES) and include VAT at 16% where it applies. Delivery fees are shown separately in your cart.
  • Payment is taken at checkout by M-Pesa, card or other methods shown there.

Products and substitutions

Our flowers are natural and made to order. Photos show our designs, and stems, colours and foliage can vary with the season and availability. If a flower is not available, we will substitute flowers of equal or greater value in a similar style and colour. Hamper contents and boxes may be substituted in the same way.

Messages

We write your message by hand as you give it to us. Please check spelling, and do not ask us to include unlawful, abusive or offensive content, which we may refuse.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is subject to our Delivery & Shipping policy and refunds to our Returns & Refunds policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Customer credits

Customer credits are a thank-you for eligible orders. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, expire as stated when issued, and are applied at checkout when you are signed in. We may change or end the programme for future orders.

Care instructions

Flowers last longer when cared for as described on the care card. We cannot be responsible for flowers that were not cared for as described.

Our responsibility

We will provide our products and delivery with reasonable care. To the extent the law permits, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control.

Intellectual property

The Notable name, logo, designs, photography and text belong to us and may not be used without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and Kenyan courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have under consumer protection law.
